We Have Great Weather In Colorado . . . Anyone Want To Come For A Visit?

Can anyone else spell TORNADO??? I really wish that I did not know how. Before moving to Colorado Andrew and I never would have thought . . . "Colorado = Tornados". Now that we are Denverites we have lived through numerous Tornado Watches and Warnings. Those aren't very fun days, as you can imagine. Well, we had another "Tornado Warning" today. We actually were at church and everyone was asked not to leave the cultural hall. After a little while, the alert had passed and we all went to our separate classes. Later, while I was teaching Young Womens, there was another "Tornado Warning." Little did we know that there were actually 5 tornados that touched down today in the Denver area. Our drive home was fine but the skys were still very dark. When we got home, we saw on the news that there had been FIVE TORNADOS while we were at church. We are so grateful that nothing bad happened and that so far, anyways, there has not been reported any deaths from these twisters. We hope to make back to Utah safe and sound one day. This sure does give Andrew extra extra motivation to finish law school up early!

WOW! That is wild! I can't believe there were 5! Well, glad you all are safe!! Hopefully there won't be anymore...anytime soon! :D

Wow! I can't stand tornado warnings! Nobody told us that Minnesota had tornadoes before we moved here. We found out the first time we had a warning. Glad you guys are ok.
