Andrew got an email about this Pumpkin Harvest Festival earlier this week so we thought we would check it out. I am really glad we did. I had never been to a pumpkin patch before and was really looking forward to taking Jacob and letting him pick out his pumpkin. We loved it!! It was so much fun and had lots of great stuff to do. We got to go on a stage coach ride, which we all loved, had homemade root beer, played in teepees and could make our own scarecrow.

This is our pumpkin!!! When we had told Jacob we were going to pick out a pumpkin, he looked at us strangely and said, "but Mom, Zac isn't here yet!" He is such a cute little boy. He has been wanting a pumpkin for a while and I kept telling him that we would get one when Zac came (not thinking we would go to a pumpkin patch or buy one at the store anytime soon). He is already such a great big brother to want to make sure his little brother is included. I love it!!!
Jacob loved running from pumpkin to pumpkin looking for just the right one!!!
Jacob loves horses and they had plenty to look at. We saw a beatiful black horse that we all loved. I wish we could have taken him home. He just stood there and let everyone pet him. Jacob just loved to look at him, he was huge!
We had so much fun!! I can't wait to go back next year!!!

i love going to pick out pumpkins, we do that every year and it is sooo much fun to see the boys get their pumpkins. I am glad you guys had a good time.
