First Day of Nursery

So last sunday was Jacob's first day in nursery. Andrew and I were not sure how Jacob would react seeing as he is very shy and doesn't interact with other kids his own age very often. As most of you know he loves other kids, but it just takes him a little while to warm up. But he loved nursery. He was of course shy and didn't warm up right away but after a little while he was so involved watching the other kids he didn't even notice when I snuck out of the room.


I think it was hardest on Andrew because he has always taken Jacob to priesthood with him since Jacob was born. Andrew checked on Jacob every 5 minutes just to make sure he was okay. I secretly think Andrew was hoping Jacob would be upset in nursery so he could take him out of there and have his little buddy with him to hang out in priesthood.


I am so proud of my little man and how well he did in Nursery and it just makes me think how fast time flies and before I know it I will be taking him to school. The nursery lady told me he did great and that they talked about temples that day. I am also posting the temple he colored . . . he is the next Picasso! Ha Ha Ha


And of course he has been sick ever since. Jacob has always been such a healthy baby and rarely gets sick but being around a bunch of other little kids I guess was just too much.

Nursery...that's so fun! I can't wait until May to take Braylee. My mom was in Nursery one day and took Braylee and she loved it. Jacob looks like such a little boy..not a baby anymore. Love the Temple pic.

He is getting so big!! I can't believe he is already in nursery!! Man how time flys!! Now you just need to work on having a second one so Andrew will have another little buddy to go with him. (or you can just have a girl and take her with you!!)

Nursery is so much fun. I love taking Jaron. I am glad that he did good, it is kinda scary to think they are getting big!!!
