A weekend with my mom

My mom came in for the weekend. Unfortunately her plane was late on Friday night. I picked her up and we had just enough time to see Jacob for a few mins before we put him to bed. Sat morning we got up early, well early to me, and went to the zoo. It was packed, 75 degrees sure brings all the people outside.

This was the super cute stuffed animal my mom got Jacob and below is Jacob looking at the elephants. He loves them and will put his arm in the air like an elephant trunk when we see them. It is so cute!!

Me being the lame one that I am didn't get any picture with my mom and Jacob at the zoo. Sorry mom next time we will gets lots!! We had a great time. We meet up with Marie, my cousin, for a short while, it was nice to see her again. We hung out at the zoo for a few hours til Jacob was worn out and needed a nap.

That night we took my mom over to Andrew's school so she could see it. Sunday we just hung out and enjoyed my mom being there with us.

We got the movie Twilight and watch it with her. These are some of the pictures we took of Jacob having some fun times with Grandma Joy while we watched the movie!! We loved it that she came out and hope that she will make it out again soon.
