There is nothing like going to a Major League Baseball game. The smell of hotdogs, cotten candy, and singing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" in the seventh inning. Tonight we had a blast watching the Colorado Rockies play the San Francisco Giants. The Colorado Rockies had University of Utah Alumni Night so we got tickets and went. The alumni association had a BBQ before the game and we got great seats to the game. There was a scare that Andrew's parents wouldn't be able to make it out for the weekend but at the last moment they were able to make a flight to Denver in time for the BBQ and the game. Jacob did such a good job and loved watching the game . . . he is such a big sports fan already. This was mine and Jacob's first Major League baseball game, sure we have been to the Salt Lake Bees (don't get me wrong, the Bees or the Sting or whatever their name is now, is great), but there is nothing like the major leagues. We were all really impressed with the stadium, the workers, and the players. All and all we loved the experience and hope to go back soon. Too bad they lost. I thought I would share some of our pictures.
