Tracie In The Mile High City

Well, we only got a couple of days with Tracie but we loved having her fly in for a visit. We had a monster of a storm the night she flew in so her flight was delayed in the air for about an hour. Darn Mother Nature interrupting our visit! Besides just hanging out (and you know Tracie doesn't just "hang out") we went up into the mountains and enjoyed a nature hike where we encountered some wild animals!


Now that is a woman that I would not like to mess with in a dark alley!


No, the alligators did not follow Tracie from the swamps of Florida. That is a moose that she is pointing at. And can you see the deer in the midst of the field in the picture below Tracie pointing at the moose? (Okay, I'll fess up. I thought that was a real moose but came to find out that it was just a fake one. The deer was real though.)


We loved having Tracie out and look forward to her next trip. Here are a couple more pictures of our nature hike.

Looks like you had a lot of fun!! It is always nice when you can go for a nature hike with family!! I am happy no animals came to beat up on you!!
